The 4th of July was honored with many activities with the kids!
For a July 4th Eve dinner we had red, white and blue spaghetti and fruit salad.
Colin wanted mostly blue pasta and Ava wanted red! Probably because those are the colors they made. :)
Mommy's little firework!
After dinner we painted the kids hands and feet to create an American flag! I was SO HAPPY with how these turned out!
Ella was so mad and NOT ok with mommy painting her foot. LOL
Ava, of course, wanted to make many flags...one was enough.
Colin didn't want to create his but once he saw the girls, his opinion turned around.
Colin: 7 1/2 years old
Ava: 3 years old
Ella: 4 months old
The 4th of July Eve celebrations were not complete without a little sparkler action!
July 4, 2013
We went down to Micheal, Kayla, and Zoey's house for pool time, BBQ and more fireworks!
For a late night snack, Ava requested a Popsicle and it HAD to be Red and Blue!
We always have a great time celebrating the 4th with friends and family!
Can't wait for next year...maybe I won't have to watch the fireworks from Susanna's guest bedroom window with Ava and Penny :0/
