I wasn't planning on blogging about cinco de mayo because I wanted to just add the weekend's events to the MAY post at the end of the month. However, there were many fun memories made in just 2 days so it is a MUST that I fill you all in! :)
The day started with baseball practice.
Ava and Mikayla were wearing matching sister shirts! :)
After lunch and a nap, we headed to the Lamar Little League fields to watch Colton play.
He got 2 hits and scored a run!
It was fun being on my old "home turf".

After the game we went out or queso and drinks.
Ava was literally eating the queso with a spoon and licking the bowl clean!
The day was not over for the W family...
we headed to the Flores' house and continued celebrating with Michael's AMAZING fajitas, Pete's famous margaritas and some "family" fun!
The boys kicked a soccer ball over the fence...

On Saturday the 6th, we went to Papa and Nana's house for our traditional Sunday dinner and pool time.

Colin's energy is EVERLASTING!...
It's not a "traditional" thing that we celebrate Cinco de Mayo but maybe we'll start. :)
