Mother's Day {2012}

My Mother's Day Weekend was OUT.OF.THIS.WORLD!
My husband, kids and family really made me feel loved and appreciated!

It started on Friday afternoon when Pete surprised me at school!
He brought me a Starbucks coffee, roses, and chocolate covered strawberries!

One of my students gave him a sticker....

Friday evening, Nana and Papa watched the kids so we could go on a date!
We went to one of our favorite places, Kenzo Sushi.

seriously...the sushi here is ah-mazing!
{las vegas roll, rock n roll and westside roll}

Friday night after dinner, Belinda, Susanna and I had a Mommy's night in.

Saturday evening, we went to the always fabulous Chuy's to have dinner with Grandma and Aunt Janeen. We bought Grandma and "grandma" charm in the shape of a heart, flowers and a cake.

the push-up was "cccooollllld!!!"

Sunday morning, the kids and Pete surprised me with 2 charms from Waxing Poetic with the kids birth stones inside.
ruby for January
and pearl for June
Colin picked out and bought me a "baseball mom" charm and a "W" picture frame.

headed to RPC!

Sunday afternoon and evening was spent at Nana and Papa's house.
We had a wonderful day relaxing by the pool, and enjoying our amazing family!

Ava and Papa found a few frogs in the pool so Uncle Andrew had the BEST IDEA EVER....
scare Aunt Gina!
Gina H.A.T.E.S. frogs...

Gina flicked the frog off of her leg and was screaming and yelling "GROSS"
Notice Ava in the background copying her!

Mother's Day dessert pizza I whipped up :)

Aunt Nicki joined us via Facetime!

Papa's famous Chicken Wings and sides!
YUMMY!!!!

We bought Nana and "Nana" charm in the shape of a heart and flowers.

Gina is such a sweet and precious sister and bought me flowers to match my "mommy colors"!
When Colin saw them he said, "Oh those are such pretty flowers, Mommy!"
