We went to the Sugar Land Skeeters Friday night game, during opening weekend.
We had a BLAST! Why wouldn't we?...we L-O-V-E baseball!
The stadium is beautiful! Pete was jealous ;)
Behind left field there is a kid's corner and Ava fell in love with the carousal. We rode it 4 times and I'm sure she would've gone 100 more time if I let her. Colin didn't care to play on the playground...he wanted to watch the game.
It was a perfect night for baseball! There was a slight breeze and it wasn't too hot. The Skeeters played a great game...we saw a lot of hits including 3 home runs.
We had a great time on our family date, eating junk food and celebrating a WIN!

After the game, the kids were invited to run bases! Colin was MORE THAN EXCITED!
Monkey see, Monkey do....Ava was carried in daddy's arms ran the bases too.
We plan on going to a few more game before the end of the month and I'm sure over the summer too.
