We started Father's Day with a Saturday evening Car Show hosted by RPC.
We have made this a tradition for our little family.
On Sunday morning we slept in and ate a tasty French Toast, Eggs and Sausage brunch as a family. After brunch, the kids gave Pete his gifts. They were excited!
We spent the rest of the morning and early afternoon relaxing and playing around the house.
Uncle Andrew and Colin love them some Yahtzee!

Here are a few shots from Colin iTouch camera, he took them to show Papa Chuck :)
He even took a few of the interiors and engines. ALL BOY!
Waiting to hear the winners!
The cars filed out in parade fashion so we stayed and watched.

Ava dancing...as usual!
After the girl's naps, we headed over to Papa and Nonnie's house for our traditional Sunday Funday and to celebrate PAPA!
Uncle Andrew and Colin love them some Yahtzee!
We changed Ella into her bathing suit to try out her FIRST TIME in the POOL!
Here we go!
The water was nice and warm and we made sure to play in the shade...
SHE LOVED IT!
Happy Father's Day from The Willetts!
There is never a dull or boring moment...
this volleyball game went on for at least 30 minutes!
The rest of us were enjoying the music and shade on the porch.
For dinner we had an amazing rib dinner, prepared by Andrew and Nonnie, and peach cobbler for dessert.
The new rub recipe was to die for!
Gift Time! We ordered Papa a personalized coffee mug with the kids pictures and "I Love Grandpa" text, a jar of bait, and a picture frame with an Easter photo.
We added Nonnie's bouquet of flowers to the picture because we never got to get together for Mother's Day. Read the details here.
After dinner, the kids helped pick tomatoes and other veggies from the garden. Also, a little tradition Colin and Papa started 4 years ago.
For Papa Al's Father's Day dinner, we went to Fudruckers. The kids love that place, mostly because of the strawberry milkskakes!
We bought Papa Al the same personalized coffee mug with the kids pictures and a new blue dry fit shirt for baseball practice.
Hope everyone's Father's Day was spent with the special men in your lives. Ours sure was!
