Ava's 4th Birthday, Frozen Style {prep and party}

We have a 4 year daughter, y'all!
I can not believe how time has flown by and that my first born in already 4 years old...going on 10!

She is a princess at heart, loves to sing, dance, take care of her babies (real and dolls), and LOVES her family. She already has such a big heart and is the sweetest girl I know. :) My family says she is EXACTLY like me at 4 years old. We'll see...maybe she will be a teacher and want a dozen children herself. ;)

Her favorite foods are (turkey) pepperoni, carrots with ranch, strawberries, fruit snacks and popsicles.

She loves all things Princess, but her current favorite is Elsa, from Frozen. However, her all time favorite is still Ariel!!! Like mother, like daughter.

She still can not swim with out "floaties" or ride her bike without training wheels, but we are REALLY close on both!

We LOVE spoiling our children and creating life long memories for them. The best way we know how to do that is to make them feel special and love them unconditionally. Well, birthdays are a FAVORITE around here and we always celebrate in BIG ways.

I treated Ava to a Mommy-Daughter date to the "nail shop", as Ava calls it. She wanted blue and pink for Elsa and Anna. Blue on her toes, with snowflakes, and pink on her fingers. Ava also told me that we need to match so I went with pink. :)

Ava and Ella helped me choose things for the party, house and treat bags. Even though there wasn't a great selection of Frozen things at the party store, we still got what we needed.

Ava loves helping Mommy, especially when it about HER! :)

For a surprise, we bought Ava a new Elsa dress. She opened it and put it on immediately. She said "Oh, it's so beautiful!" and hugged it.

Pre-party snooze...

Ava's Birthday party was at a Fro-Yo place near by, called Orange Leaf. We invited her girls friends only (her request) and Colin got to invite one friend. It was so perfect! All the kids had a great time. Especially when they got to serve and create their own ice cream cups!

The princesses and the 2 princes!

Happy Birthday to Ava!!!!

A few days after her birthday, we celebrated with her friends at Ms. Kendall's (school).

We had a fantastic time celebrating with our best friends and family!!!!

Her actual birthday was a few days later...more to come soon!
