Colin turn 8 years old on January 8th!
We went all out (as usual) for his Golden Birthday!
We had a family school lunch and brought his class cupcakes. He chose baseball, naturally. In all the years passed, Colin has ordered girls and boys cupcakes, but this year...he went with all "boys"!
After school the rest of the family came over to open gifts. Then we let him choose where he wanted to have dinner, and he chose Chuck E Cheese's. We have been the CEC for EVERY BIRTHDAY since he turned 2!!!! We have one of those drawn portraits from there from every year...we almost didn't fit this year!
We gave him 8 gifts, wrapped them in gold paper, and numbered them 1-8!

The next day we went for his well check up! He is in the 90-95 percentile for both height and weight. He has been this way since he turned 1, so he's just going to a big healthy, strong, boy! :)
His party was Friday night at our house and it just so happened we had 8 boys!!!!
We let the boys spend the night and took them all to Top Golf the next morning. Pete rented the bays and each boy/dad used their own membership card/money to golf. The Dads met us there and all the boys had a great time!
