Mitey Mite Texans (playoff game)

I know my football posts are out of order but you get the idea!

 

 

The Texans regular season record was 7-1 which placed us into the playoffs!

We played against our BFF's, the Saints, and lost...in overtime. :(

 

 

 

The whole family came out to cheer for Colin and the Texans!

 

 

 

The boys really tried the absolute best but the refs had "saints" on the brain...

 

After the game we went to lunch with our "wolf pack" to Willies.

It was a perfect afternoon to sit outside, enjoy our besties, and play in the sandbox.

The Texans team finished in 3rd place over all and were presented their trophies during the Mitey mite championship game.

We had a double treat that day because we got to Colin's BFF Carter play in the championship game. AT THEY WON!!! way to go Saints!

Mitey Mite Texans {all star team!}

Colin will ALWAYS be an ALL STAR in our hearts but I guess his team mates and other coaches think so too!!!

He was voted to be 1 of 4 Texans on the All Star team for the Mitey Mites division.

 

We were notified via e-mail and put together a quick SURPRISE for C!

 

 

We tried printing out his "card" but the printer wasn't cooperating. The i-Pad did just fine. :)

 

The All Star presentation was during the half time show of one of the Championship games.

This was the same morning as Nicki's bridal shower so I wasn't able to attend.

Daddy and Grandma did a great job taking pictures and video of the presentation. :)

 

Before they left for the game, Grandma and Pap brought over an "All Stars surprise" gift.

Excited to get his t-shirt and his name called over the big speaker at Rhodes Stadium!
