Rodeo Weekend @ RPC 2014

We attended the RPC Rodeo weekend as a family of 5 this year!!!

Last year, we took this picture...GOD had an amazing and surprising plan... Ella came 2 days later!

Ava was terrified of the animals this year. I have no idea why!

Ava and Ella's well-checks



 

On July 2, the girls had their well-check appts.

Ella for 4 months and Ava for 3 years.

 

Ava was actually excited to go see Dr. B! She was ready to tell him about her Rapunzel Birthday party and to tell him she is "big girl" now (no more diapers and that she is 3 years old).

 

I had to be Super Mom and go to the appt by myself and try to document everything while helping the nurses!

 

Ella was screaming just about her whole exam...

 

do you see this wonderfulness?.... 10 pounds 6 ounces!!!!!

 

Ella's 4 mo. check-up stats:

height 22 1/4 inches (6 1/4 inches taller than birth)

weight 10 lbs 6 oz (9 lbs 7 oz heavier than birth)

head 15 1/4 inches

All of her measurements are in less than 5th percentile for her birth age. However, for her gestation age, she is right on track!

This was her first time to get her blood pressure checked! So big!

Ava's 3 year old check-up stats:

height 36 3/4 inches (25-50th percentile)

weight 36 pounds (75-90th percentile)

head 19 inches (25-50th percentile)

 

 

While we waited to see and talk with Dr. B, Ava entertained her self with the "spinny chair", snacks and a few toys and books.

My girls are the most beautiful and perfect gift I could ever receive! Everyday I pray for these babies and that they grow up to become Godly Woman and love each other just as my sisters and I do.

 

Being their Mommy is AMAZING!

Baby Willetts' Gender Reveal!

 

Back in December, we found out that Baby Willetts is a GIRL!

Mommy did my usual preparation for a SPECIAL event. :)

 

 

 

Before the big reveal, we took a few family photos for our Christmas cards.

 

 

 

The family came out to celebrate.

Raimondo=team pink (Gina said she didn't have any pink.)

Colin and Ava each got a Big Brother and Big Sister gifts.

They were both really excited about their new shirts!

IT'S A GIRL!

 

 

 

 

 

Ava would've been just as happy with any color balloons...she had fun chasing and playing with them. It took her a month or so to really understand that there is a REAL baby sister in my belly.

Colin on the other hand, was hoping for blue balloons. It took him a little time to except the fact that he as getting ANOTHER sister. We let him have his moment and then he was fine. He told us that he is still excited that we are having a baby, but he just REALLY wanted a brother. Poor guy. :(

 

There was a park in the same area we took our photos so we played for a little bit before our brunch date.

 

 

This just might be one of my favorite photos OF ALL TIME!

 

We met up with our best friends for brunch and to celebrate our 2nd baby girl!

 

I can't believe there will be 3 of these little munchkins soon!!!!

 

We are so thankful and blessed to have another baby girl on the way!

Everything is looking great and on schedule for an early April birth!
